Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Presentr Practice is operated by T3 Interactive LLC. This policy explains how Presentr Practice collects, uses, and protects your information.

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email, and account preferences. During practice sessions, we process your audio, video, and text responses to provide coaching feedback.

Anonymous sessions

Interview prep previews generated without an account are not stored. Resume text submitted for personalization is processed in-memory and not persisted.

How we use your data

Your data is used to provide practice sessions, generate coaching feedback, and track your progress. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself from Settings → Account (practice.presentr.me/settings#account). We email you a code to confirm it's you, then:

  • Deleted right away: your profile and sign-in, practice sessions, recordings, transcripts and feedback, saved jobs and résumé text, uploads and progress. Any subscription is cancelled as part of the deletion; if our payment processor can't confirm the cancellation straight away, your account stays locked until it does.
  • Stored files: removed from storage within 24 hours, usually within an hour.
  • What we keep: payment records held by our payment processor (Stripe), and usage counts and security logs with everything that identifies you removed. We also keep a one-way fingerprint of your email so an old import can't recreate a deleted account; it can't be turned back into your address.
  • AI processing: speech is transcribed and spoken replies are generated by OpenAI; interview replies and feedback are generated by Anthropic or OpenAI; recording transcripts are made by AssemblyAI, and we ask AssemblyAI to delete them when you delete your account. OpenAI and Anthropic keep API data for up to 30 days under their policies and don't use it to train their models.
  • Backups and logs: database backups age out within 7 days; error logs within 90 days. Our email provider (Amazon SES) keeps its own delivery records, and an address that bounced or reported spam may stay on its do-not-send list.
  • Other Presentr products, such as Presentr Analyze, are separate accounts.

If your account is part of a class, an organization or shared work, the page offers "Request deletion" instead, and we'll close it with you within 2 business days.

Children

Presentr Practice is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, email us at the address below and we will delete it. Users aged 13 to 17 need a parent or guardian's permission.
