How does interview practice work?
Enter your target role and company. We generate a personalized mock interview with an AI persona. You practice by voice or text. Afterwards you get a scored review: an overall score from 0 to 100, a score per skill with examples from your answers, coaching notes, a summary, and notes on selected answers.
Is it free?
Your first voice & video mock interview is free, including its personalized AI review. After that, each interview is a one-off $5, paid before you start, or unlimited on the Individual plan. Every review is included.
Do I need a microphone?
Voice practice works best with a microphone, but you can also practice in text-only mode.
What devices does it work on?
It works in the browser on a computer or a phone. Nothing to install.
Can I practice in Spanish?
Yes. The interview can be in English or Spanish, and your review can be written in English or Spanish. You choose each one separately before you start. Skill names in the review stay in English.
How is my data used?
Your practice sessions are stored in your account for review and progress tracking. Free-tool previews made without an account are kept for 30 days, so you can continue them after signing up. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can my employer see my practice sessions?
No. Your personal practice is completely private. Employer assessments are separate: when an organization assigns you an assessment, the organization sees the results of that assessment and, if it has turned this on, the interview transcript.
